Techo- Economic Feasibility study and Report(TEFR) – The TEFR endeavours to assess the potential of the project envisaged, from all perspectives including the location where it is proposed to be set up. All factors like the tourism potential of the city/state, economic health of the state, real estate and the project cost, market potential, building bye laws, government policies etc are studied and analysed to make a recommendation of the type, category and size of the project. The financials of the project are then computed to assess the profitability of the project and the projected return on investment.
Recommendations of the TEFR are then discussed with the owners and architects to finalise the Concept of the project. Architectural drawings are then prepared by the architect.
